iCRM™ is a software dedicated to the operational management of the sales activity which aims at optimising the distribution of equipment thanks to a user-friendly interface fitted for salespeople (vendor, sales assistant, sales manager) and to a utilisation in connected or disconnected mode.
iCRM™ is integrated with the IRIUM software suite, but can also be used independently or interfaced with another ERP.
The CRM includes business features that are specific to the equipment distribution industry within its different modules:
- The Contacts Management module is based on a database enabling the qualified follow-up of clients and prospects.
- The Equipment Fleet Management module is based on a database making the view of new and second-hand equipment easier.
- The Sales Support module is a tool for the daily management of the sales funnel (propositions, offers, sales).
- The Planning provides an immediate view of visits and sales actions
- The Reporting module allows a multi-criteria analysis of the sales activity thanks to business dashboards.
