IRIUM SOFTWARE joins ISAGRI Group to accelerate its growth

Guaranty IRIUM SOFTWARE‘s customers software investments

ISAGRI, owned by the SAVALLE family, has acquired a 100 % of the shares of IRIUM HOLDING CAPITAL, owned by the management and an investment fund INITIATIVE & FINANCES. Following this acquisition, IRIUM will become an ISAGRI affiliate. IRIUM will continue its business in its premises, the principal site being La Rochelle (France). Frédéric BON, with more than 25 years of successful experience in this sector, will remain the Executive Officer of IRIUM SOFTWARE.

ISAGRI reinforces its Machinery Activity and opens itself to new markets

Through this operation, ISAGRI Group will reinforce itself in the sector of distribution and rental of equipment and vehicles. It acquired last December the media Group CIP MEDIA, specialized in the press for the equipment sector.

The acquisition of IRIUM SOFTWARE also enables ISAGRI Group to take a major part in other strategical markets such as the construction, mining, handling and truck sectors
