News IRIUM SOFTWARE

MBA AG BAUMASCHINEN (Switzerland)

The company MBA is a CNH importer in Switzerland. They have chosen the software iEnterprise (i80) as Dealer Management System. Here is the testimony of Armando GAVEZZOLI (MBA - General Director) and Riccardo VIRGA (MBA - Administrative Officer).

" MBA was created over 110 years ago. It was a sister company of O&K, which was incorporated into the CNH Group, now the world's number three in the industrial sector. MBA imports exclusively the brands NEW HOLLAND and CASE. MBA has over 50 employees and a turnover of 50 million Swiss Francs. The key customers are road builders, demolition companies, tunnellers, gravel extractors etc. " explains Armando GAVEZZOLI.

" The computer system within the company is very important; it influences productivity substantially, as well as the overall view of the business. We chose the iE software because it was the best solution in terms of its cost-to-services ratio and also because the system integrates the specific characteristics of our business perfectly, which is of enormous benefit to us on a day to day basis. Our collaboration with IRIUM has been excellent. Together, we have overcome all difficulties arising from our company's specific characteristics and also from market requirements. These were rapidly resolved, as early as the launch phase. IRIUM offers us all the advantages of a solution that is 100% tailored to our needs, in particular the commercial activity which enables us to improve our productivity in the market vis-à-vis our customers. In the field of parts, we use several CNH interfaces via iE. For example, we select parts for our customers from the CTR catalogue and trigger orders for parts directly at the factory. We also use the delivery and supplier invoicing interface, automatically loaded onto iE. This simplifies our day-to-day work enormously. One future project we intend to develop with IRIUM is equipping our technicians with mobile devices so as to enhance their productivity and professionalism when in the field." explains Riccardo VIRGA.

IRIUM thanks warmly MBA Company for its confidence.
