Frédéric BON, Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Before joining IRIUM, Frédéric BON started his career at NIXDORF. In 1990, he created a joint-venture with REGIE (IRIUM) -AFISOFT- to organize IRIUM products distribution. In 1991, he acquired 50% of BATINIX, and brought it during the merger with REGIE in 2006 to form IRIUM.
The commercial department is in charge of the sale of our solutions & services. The commercial team is composed of about ten collaborators covering mainly France, but also Europe, Africa and the Middle East area. As a privileged and local interlocutor, the commercial team knows a lot about our clients' businesses, which is one of the assets of the IRIUM group.
Thanks to the force of about twenty senior & junior multilingual consultants, you can benefit from business expertise and advice from our specialists. Those consultants, who often come from your sector, accompany you day to day within your organization in order to assist you in the use of our software and to implement the best management practices of your business.
About thirty specialists in remote maintenance (or hotline) are listening to you in order to answer your requests as soon as possible. With an average of 200 daily calls, the support team does everything that is possible to find the best solution for the problems you encounter thanks to a 3 level incident qualification system : user, expert and publisher.
Listening to the technological evolution and the business expectations of our clients, the development centres of La Rochelle and Bordeaux play a crucial role in the evolution of our products and in the anticipation of your requirements. Every day, more than twenty engineers and technicians carry out the software solutions of tomorrow.
In connection with the whole IRIUM group, this department is in charge of the communication & marketing aspects of our company business through product and operational marketing. Dealing with a constantly changing business environment, the marketing team gives you custom made offers and ensures the development of the IRIUM group image.
Based in La Rochelle, the administrative department is composed of 5 branches: the management of clients and suppliers, general maintenance and facilities, sales administration and accounting.
From recruitment to personnel management, not without forgetting work conditions, all that might concern the employees is handled by the human resources service.
