Founded in 1982, IRIUM SOFTWARE is today the leading European publisher of management software (ERP/DMS) for dealers, distributors, importers, repairers, rental companies and fleet managers of equipment and vehicles. Our software includes all the features to meet the needs of the following sectors: agricultural machinery, garden machinery, public works machinery, construction equipment and materials, excavation, handling and lifting equipment, heavy goods vehicles, commercial vehicles, coaches and buses, rental and fleet management of motor vehicles and two-wheeled vehicles.

With a workforce of 200 people and a turnover of €21 million (35% of which is international), IRIUM SOFTWARE has subsidiaries in France, Spain and Germany. Today, IRIUM SOFTWARE supports over 27,000 users in more than 50 countries and has 40 years of expertise. IRIUM SOFTWARE offers a full range of solutions to meet the needs of very small businesses and SMEs, as well as national and international groups.

IRIUM SOFTWARE joined the ISAGRI group in 2017. The purpose of this merging was to sustain its customers' investment, accelerate the technological development of its software and strengthen its additional services by relying on the organisation and existing infrastructures within the group.

In 2021, IRIUM SOFTWARE and VEGA SYSTEMS come together with the aim of creating the leader in the distribution and rental of equipment and vehicles. More than just a simple merger, our common objective will first be focussed on bringing together our mobile application development teams in order to eventually propose enhanced offers and innovative solutions, compatible with all our products, to support you efficiently, every day, with your businesses. The common values shared by the two companies, as well as the complementary positioning of VEGA SYSTEMS in fleet rental and management, suggests a perennial future.

In charge of the sale of our solutions and services, the sales team is made up of around twenty employees covering France, Europe and the Africa & Middle East zone. The sales teams are close to our customers and have in-depth knowledge of their businesses.

With our experienced team of multilingual project managers and consultants, you benefit from specialist advice and expertise. Often from your sector, our project managers and consultants work with you on a daily basis within your organisation to assist you in using our software and implementing best practice in managing your business.

More than thirty remote maintenance (or hotline) specialists are on hand to respond to your requests as quickly as possible. With an average of 200 calls per day, the support team does its utmost to find the appropriate solution to the problems you encounter thanks to a 3-level incident qualification system (user, expert, editor).

 

Our development centres in La Rochelle, Bordeaux and Valence are always on the lookout for changes in technology and customer expectations. They play a key role in the evolution of our products and in anticipating your needs. Every day, nearly fifty engineers and technicians create the software solutions of tomorrow.

The department covers marketing (products and operations) and communication. In a constantly evolving environment, the marketing team provides you with adapted offers and ensures the development of IRIUM SOFTWARE's image.

Based mainly in La Rochelle, the administrative department is composed of third party management, general resources, sales administration and accounting.

From recruitment to employees management and working conditions, that is to say, everything that concerns employees is handled by the HR department.
