Thanks to his knowledge of your business, he will advise you in order to meet your expectations in terms of product evolution, training requirements or needs for IT Infrastructure. The commercial team is composed of 12 collaborators and follows its customer portfolio according to its geographical area. You will enjoy the proximity with your privileged contact.
Consulting, audit, software installation, start-up support, training...: A team of about twenty multilingual consultants, coming from your sector, assists you in the use of our software with trainings adapted to your company needs (at your facility or over the web). Our experts also help you in terms of organizational analysis in order to implement the best management practices in your business. The consultant configures your software and supports you during the start-up phase. You will enjoy the advice and business expertise of our specialists.
User and system support: Our thirty specialists in remote maintenance (or hotline) are listening to you so as to answer your requests effectively. The support team makes everything possible to offer you the best quality of service thanks to a system of qualification and follow-up of your requests. Customer satisfaction surveys are regularly carried out to evaluate and improve constantly the quality of users support provided.
IRIUM implemented a simple tool to enable you entering your maintenance requests online. This tool offers a writing assistance to help you when specifying your requests. It also gives you a global viewing of all your remote maintenances, it saves time, and gives you access to your product documentations, online help... Everything is done to facilitate the use of our software.

IRIUM maintains a special relationship with its clients and the equipment manufacturers through the regular organisation of User Clubs, which allows a deep exchange about the innovations suggested by IRIUM, the users' specific requirements and the manufacturers' orientations.
Once or twice a year, those club members meet at the manufacturer's headquarters, at IRIUM's premises or in a member's dealership.
Nowadays, 6 user clubs are regularly organised (CATERPILLAR, CLAAS, CNH, DAF, JOHN DEERE, MANITOU).
Those User Clubs also enabled the emergence of new Manufacturer Interfaces that had been designed further to the members’ needs expressed during the past meetings.
Our i2M™ methodology (IRIUM® Implementation Methodology) is based on more than 30 years of expertise in business management software deployment, but also on an IT project management standard called CMMI (Capability Maturity Integration Model), originally developed (and still sponsored) by the United States Department of Defence.
IRIUM usually manages a project as the project manager under the client’s responsability who takes ownership of the project.
Our users can also ask us a project ownership service (AMOA) in order to be attended in the management of their different projects.
