Setting up a control of your tasks step by step, thanks to validation Worklows, will give you additional security. What is a Workflow? A workflow consists of an orchestrated and repeatable pattern of activity, enabled by the systematic organization of resources into processes that transform materials, provide services, or process information.

 

## An integrated module in the ERP iEnterprise

The Workflow module, connected to iEnterprise, enables to define validation circuits, deadlines and validation procedures. Those validation circuits are structured in tasks to divide between the different players involved in the process. This module provides them with relevant information to carry out their tasks, stating their role and how they can do it better. Thanks to this module, maximize the follow-up of your tasks, documents and validation process!

- Supplier order validation
- Payment authorization of purchase invoices
- Credit notes authorization
- Clients’ account validation

- Settings : templates creation, actions implementation and Workflow steps, assignments of persons responsible
- Workflow visualisation and follow-up, validation and reject of the Workflow steps

- e-mail/SMS sending at the Workflow creation or when a step is validated
