We are currently implementing our software modernization and plan to introduce iEnterprise, the business solution from IRIUM SOFTWARE. Soon, 40 employees will be working with iEnterprise. It is also planned to use iMob Service, iMob Check and iMob Contact, three mobile apps fully integrated into IRIUM's ERP.
The current ERP solution we use is technically outdated. In addition to a possible "renovation" of the old system, we also wanted to explore the possibilities offered by other systems. We quickly noticed that IRIUM SOFTWARE was a special business solution that was perfectly suited to our needs. Over a period of six months, a group of 11 employees from various departments and branches looked at different solutions several times before deciding that IRIUM was the right solution for us. We are pleased we found a new, comprehensive system that covers all areas of the company and all our requirements.
First, it is important for us to integrate all operational areas into one only solution, rather than using several applications in parallel. As IRIUM SOFTWARE offers a very complete range of modules, we will be able to achieve this goal.
It is also important for us to introduce a customer and app oriented solution with iEnterprise. The ERP will allow us to work more efficiently and quickly and ensure optimal customer care.
It wasn't a single tool, but the whole package of solutions that was decisive for us. We also found that our employees could follow the product demonstrations very easily.
The Kick-Off meeting has already taken place. At this meeting, the IRIUM SOFTWARE project manager responsible for SEEMANN explained to us exactly how things will work in the coming months. It is important to understand that an ERP implementation is a collaborative project and that we are actively involved from the beginning.
Currently, we are working on the process analysis and data transfer for the first test database. The first trainings on the test database will follow soon, this time with real SEEMANN data, so that the trainings will take place as close to reality as possible. We hope that everything will run smoothly until the planned commissioning in January 2023 and that the introduction process will be a success.
