SIDAN, dealer of heavy trucks DAF, which head office is in Nantes (France), has just implemented successfully the software iMOB SERVICE to equip its mobile technicians.
The mechanics are now using an Android tablet and can in off-line mode: Enter their times spent (and travel expenses), enter the parts changed, update technical information on the truck file, allow the customer to add a comment and make him sign the worksheet. The customer will then receive by email his detailed report automatically with photos.
Thanks to iMOB SERVICE, SIDAN’s after-sales service has improved its productivity and the quality of its service.
