The meeting took place in ABM's premises in Blois (France). During this meeting, the participants talked about the new 2300 version of i80, but the main topic of the club was mobility.
The dealers attended a presentation of iMOB Service (a tool developed by IRIUM designed for mobile technicians), and discussed the different advantages and features of the application, but they also discussed the new version of iMOB Service which enables the technician to add annotations on the photos he has just taken (circles, arrows, precise indications...). Then, the Manitou pilot site which is currently testing iMOB Service explained the different improvement requests, which will be tested shortly. At the end of the discussion, an additional meeting and a working session were organised, so that the dealers as well as their teams could have an exhaustive vision of the use and implementation of iMOB Service.
We thank Mr.Bois, president of the Manitou club, for welcoming us, as well as all the participants for their presence.
