IRIUM presents the new version of the iMOB™ Service solution, which enables mobile technicians to complete their Work Order during their intervention on their mobile terminal (smartphone and tablet). This solution optimises their work thanks to a real time follow-up of the interventions, and facilitates communication between technicians and the company. It also improves the brand image of the distributor.
Thanks to the geolocation tool, the dealers can find the closest technician and send him to the intervention site. Then, the technician receives the job on his mobile terminal. All the information entered in the technician's mobile device during the intervention is updated in the ERP (parts, time spent, comments, photos, customer's signature...). Moreover, with the latest version you can, via a drawing palette, point out the problem directly on the photos taken with the tablet.
This tool is now available on iOS (in the Apple Store) and on Android, and the Windows 10 version will soon be available.
