The JOHN DEERE user club met on 24/03/2016 in JOHN DEERE's premises.
During this meeting the users present attended the presentation of the new i10, i30, i40 and i80 software and reviewed the current interfaces available.
A work group called "How to optimise one's workshop scheduling with the IRIUM software" was organised, led by IRIUM specialists of the workshop module. The dealers which had put the workshop scheduling module in place were able to share their experience after using it for a few months. They are all satisfied with the module. Some of them installed large screans to visualize their plannings in their workshops to facilitate their job. All of them noticed how easy it was to follow the different operations with this module. IRIUM was able to show the latest version which includes new maps that appear in order to locate easily the site where the job needs to be done but also the technicians who use the IRIUM mobile application for mobile technicians iMOB SERVICE.
To end the day, a summary of the improvement requests concerning the scheduling module was presented in order to be taken into account in the IRIUM development plan.
Finally, the topic of the next club was chosen by the participants: "How to put in place and follow maintenance contracts". So don't hesitate and join us for the next club to learn and give your point of view!
