IRIUM has launched its iMOB™ Service solution, aimed at itinerant technicians. This application can be installed on all Android or iOS smartphones and tablets. Thanks to GPS, it allows you to find the nearest technician and send them to the client with the breakdown.
During the appointment, the information entered into the mobile device is updated in real time in the Irium Software (spare parts, time spent, comments, photos, client signature, etc.). This tracking offers time savings, an increase in the number of appointments per technician and improvement in client satisfaction.
