Gender pay gap index

Each year, companies with at least 50 employees calculate the gender pay gap index. The period for calculating the indicators is 12 consecutive months. The employees taken into account in the calculation of the indicators are those present for at least 6 months during the reference period, including those leaving the company before the end of the reference period. The pay and career development gaps are measured by means of four indicators:

  • The pay gap between women and men, by age group and by category of equivalent positions, for 40 points. For IRIUM, the result is 37 points out of 40.
  • The difference in the rate of individual salary increases between women and men for 35 points. For IRIUM, the result is 35 points out of 35.
  • The percentage of female employees who received a raise within one year of returning from maternity leave for 15 points. For IRIUM, the result is 15 points out of 15.
  • The number of employees of the under-represented gender among the 10 highest paid employees for 10 points. For IRIUM, the result is 0 points out of 10.

The total number of points obtained for IRIUM for 2023 is 87 points out of 100.

Employees testimonies

I am in charge of assisting IRIUM customers with difficulties related to the accounting aspect. At the same time, I take care of training users to make them more familiar with the software.

Customer relations are a pleasant aspect of my job. I enjoy being able to answer their questions and solve their problems as quickly as possible. In addition, the constant evolution of the software means that I am always learning new things.

For me, IRIUM is an innovative group that is close to its customers.

Stéphanie LEMUT

Stéphanie LEMUT, Maintenance technician and trainer

My job is to maintain one of the IRIUM software packages. Correcting any anomalies and evaluating the feasibility of improvements proposed by our customers are part of my daily work.

Because our customers' businesses are varied, I think it is necessary to be open-minded and curious. I try to understand how customers work to better meet their expectations. It is the diversity - of the clients or even of the IRIUM team - that I really enjoy in my job.

For me, IRIUM stands for diversity, unity and creation.

Ludovic PATISSIER

Ludovic PATISSIER, Design & Development Engineer

To do my job, you need to have good customer contact and be able to listen to users' needs. Then you also need to be convincing and have a certain capacity for analysis.

From a personal point of view, I would say that IRIUM is a company that is turned towards the international, emphasising the values of service and adaptability in order to respond to the evolution of its clients' business.

Marc GOETHALS

Marc GOETHALS, Deployment director

My job consists of analysing and auditing the existing situation of our clients (company organisation, business processes and IT systems). Being at ease with numbers is necessary, but the most important thing in my opinion is to listen to the needs of the clients. It is the contact with them that I enjoy the most. The diversity of the people I deal with and the plurality of profiles is an aspect of my work that I really appreciate.

Because we are in a niche market, we can really talk about expertise when talking about IRIUM. For me, the group is synonymous with innovation and a good atmosphere.

My job is to assist customers when they encounter difficulties in order to solve their problems as quickly as possible. To do this job, you need to have a sense of service.

In my opinion, the most important thing is to be able to listen and be available to the customer.
