Purposes of collecting your personal data

IRIUM SOFTWARE undertakes to collect, process or retain your personal data for specific, legitimate and relevant purposes.

• Management of our customers and prospects
• Management of your subscriptions to our newsletters
• Sending information about our products (software version upgrades, new modules available, etc.)
• Targeted commercial prospecting by email or any other medium
• Invitations to events and operations that may arouse the interest of customers or prospects.
• Customer account management (Online Support)

We also use the data to improve our products through the sending of our satisfaction survey, or during surveys, but also to validate the participation of our customers/prospects in our operations (trade fairs, user clubs, specific events).

Except for commercial prospecting operations, IRIUM SOFTWARE considers that all the above processing operations are necessary for the execution of the contract signed between a customer and IRIUM SOFTWARE (legitimate interest).

The data of our customers and prospects is kept throughout our commercial relationship, and then 10 years after our last contact.

• All IRIUM SOFTWARE employees are made aware of personal data protection through training, newsletters and team meetings.
